Summary

Ukraine’s Office of the Prosecutor General and the Bureau of Economic Security have uncovered and dismantled an illegal operation involved in the production and sale of e-cigarette liquids, active since 2023. The group established a complete illegal supply chain for nicotine-containing mixtures and sold flavored liquids prohibited in Ukraine. Distribution occurred through both physical stores and online platforms, involving over 200 individuals. Authorities conducted over 70 searches across multiple regions, seizing flavorings, equipment, cash (over USD 70,000), and raw materials. The total value of the seized assets is estimated at UAH 30 million (approximately USD 690,000). The investigation is ongoing, with authorities working to identify all involved parties and prepare further legal actions.
