Missouri's recalls hundreds of vaping products for improper testing
Summary
On May 27, the Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation (DCR) issued recalls for hundreds of Local Cannabis Company marijuana products produced by CPC of Missouri – Smithville, LLC. The recall was issued because the products were not tested in accordance with DCR requirements. Specifically, the testing of the THC concentrates was conducted prior to processing into vape cartridges, which violates the regulation that requires sampling and testing after processing. The DCR is urging patients and consumers who have purchased these recalled products to stop using them and discard them. A list of recalled items is available by clicking HERE.
