Approximately 45 minutes later, officers responded to Smoke Plus on North Arlington Avenue, where glass shelving was smashed and thousands of dollars in merchandise, including designer backpacks, was stolen. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is investigating both incidents, reviewing surveillance footage, and asking for tips from the public.
