Rohnert Park police arrested 21-year-old Orlando Robledo after a woman caught him allegedly selling a cannabis vape pen to her 12-year-old son following a deal arranged on Snapchat. The mother halted the transaction, photographed Robledo and his vehicle, and investigators used license plate reader data to identify him. He was booked into Sonoma County Jail on suspicion of felony sale of marijuana to a child under 14.
