In a Labadieville home, deputies responded to reports of a fight over a missing vape pen. Landyn and Haze Hebert drew guns, struck a person, and forced several occupants—including children—out of the house at gunpoint. Officers seized a large‑caliber handgun, an assault rifle, and synthetic marijuana. Landyn, 20, faces charges of aggravated assault with a firearm, possession of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute, illegal weapon carrying in presence of a controlled substance, obstructing justice, and cruelty to juveniles. Haze, 24, is charged with the same offenses plus resisting an officer. Both were arrested and are awaiting further legal proceedings.
